RETURN POLICY
Please call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA #). See below for contact information. All Packages without RMA# will be refused.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and
handling charges incurred.
Special orders or orders which are labeled or
altered are not returnable or refundable.
Returns must be in original package and in sellable
condition.
Refunds will not be made on items that have
been worn or washed.
Our company policy is no returns/refunds after
30 days. All returns prior to 30 days are subject to 10% restocking fee.
All refused packages are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee
No credit refund's or replacement will be authorized
without a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA #)
New York state law prohibits the return of any and all underwear weather
they were worn or not.
All special orders, including but not limited to: custom imprinting, labeling, screen printing, embroidery, specialty items and the like, will not be refunded for any reason. We apreciate your cooperation in this matter.
NYS HEALTH CODE - Women's and
Men's undergarments are NOT returnable. Special orders or
orders which are labeled or altered are not returnable.
