RETURN POLICY Please call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA #). See below for contact information.
All packages without an RMA # will be issued a store credit only.
Returns must be made within 25 days of purchase
and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and
handling charges incurred.
Special orders or discounted orders or orders which are labeled,
altered or worn are final sale and are not returnable.
Our company policy is no returns/refunds after
25 days. All returns prior to 25 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Any refused package will be issued a store credit only.
WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED
All special orders - wholesale or discounted sale items are final sale, there are no returns or refunds on these items.
Returns must be in original package and in sellable
condition.
New York state law prohibits the return of any and all underwear (whether)
they were worn or not.
All special orders, including but not limited to: Propét® Footwear, custom imprinting, labeling, screen printing, embroidery, specialty items and the like, will not be refunded for any reason. We apreciate your cooperation in this matter.
NYS HEALTH CODE - Women's and
Men's undergarments are NOT returnable. Special orders or
orders which are labeled or altered are not returnable.
All face masks are final sale and are not refundable.
