RETURN POLICY
» Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
» No credit refund's or replacement will be authorized without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) Please call us for this Number 718-375-1703
» Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.
» Returns must be in original package and in sellable condition.
» Refunds will not be made on items that have been worn or washed.
» Our company policy is no cash refunds after 21 days. All returns prior to 21 days are subject to 15% restocking fee (there are some exceptions).
» New York state law prohibits the return of any and all underwear whether they were worn or not.
