RETURN POLICY

» Returns must be made within 25 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

» No credit refund or replacement will be authorized without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) Please call us for this Number 718-375-1703

» Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.

» All returns prior to 25 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.

» There is no Restocking fees to exchange an item

» Refunds will not be made on items that have been worn, washed, labeled, altered or not in original packaging and must be in a sellable condition

» Our company policy is no cash refunds after 25 days. All returns after 25 days are subject to 50% restocking fee.

» All special ordered merchandise are final sale.

» New York state law prohibits the return of any and all underwear or disposables whether they were worn or not.

 

Returns Exchanges must have RMA# and original invoice, all others will not be credited or exchanged.
