LADIES BUST: Measure around the shoulder blades, under arms, to the
fullest part of the bust. (NOTE: Bust does not mean bra size) WAIST: Stand in a relaxed position and measure around the
narrowest part of the natural waistline. HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the hips, normally
about 7 inches below the natural waistline. INSEAM: Measure from crotch seam to hem. Number of
inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest half inch.
MEN NECK: Measure around the middle of the neck. Tape
should be snug but not tight. CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the chest,
around the shoulder blades. Tape should be snug but not tight. WAIST: Stand relaxed and measure around natural
waistline. INSEAM: Measure from crotch seam to hem. Number of
inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest half inch.
